Secondary Elementalist Flare

Is there a quest that gives Flare to characters who have Elementalist as their secondary? I can't find one and I really don't want to waste the skill point to buy it.

If there was, it would be outside ascalon where that little camp is that the ambassader is in. Or in the 3 tiny towns around ascalon, maybe yak's bend. Those are the only places where you can do secondary professions quests after you switch secondary prof in the desert.

its a starter skill and there is no quest to get it but there is a way to get it

if you goto the crysal desert switch your profession then switch it back to ele you get all the starter skills of your secondary free.
ie (the ones from the first 2 presearing trainers)

Right I forgot about that. Man I wasted a skill point for that. I bought mine before the patch that gave those free skills out.
