(usually coupled with the first idea because of people getting the skill they want then just leaving the whole group)

Well, maybe they just thought it was a capture group. Portals are ok, just some rude people is all. If someone leaves durning an arena, I dont think they should be replaced because they could leave when they have 1 health left.

I agree about Dragon's Lair. They should add an NPC that appears after you defeat each facet--a Forgotten would be appropriate? Then you can talk to the NPC to move on. Right now, it's sometimes impossible to pick up some loot, and it makes it easy for people to miss capturing a skill because the warrior was too close.
