Is that necro staff a collecors item? Sure looks like one, I have a fire staff almost exactly like that, and its a modded collectors item. They are nice, but not worth however much you are asking/offered. Maybe 2k if it is.

the necro staff is a collector's item, most likely given the description. however he has modded it with two max life mods. those would fetch at least 30K each. the only thing is i believe that you can't salvage collectors items so even if you wanted the upgrades i don't believe it's possible. please correct me if i'm wrong but i was under the impression that quest reward items and collector's items can't be salavaged. i would sell the staff for however much you can get for it. but you might want to mention that it's blue in color, since once people see it in the trade window and realize that it's a collector's they might not want to buy it. who knows, good luck with the sale though.
