How to get to the middle of Prophets Path???

im trying to get to the necromancer collector in the middle green part of prophets path to get the boots but i cant figure out how u get into it can any one help?? i go to it from aug rock and i only see the teleporter that takes u to the other side where u can walk to the Oasis

take the teleporter and go west, it slopes down into the valley
