It really depends on what your looking for, GVG or a place to hang out.
1.Place to hang out: Travel to all of them check them out by going to Lions Arch and taking the boat. While you are there check the prices for the sigil at the merchant.
2. GVG: Look over the layout and see which one you think has the best support for defense or offense to suit your guild. Since you are asking this question you might not have been in GVG before and just to let you know the whole guild hall land area is the battle ground.
Learn every foot of it to find places to trap the opponents not yourself.

Thanks, but what I'm really looking for is the the terrain bonuses and that stuff. Moot point now though because my guild already bought one. And for those that are interested... there's a partial list of these at gwonline.net on the main page "Guild Halls" link.
