List of min/max values for upgrades and other items available?

Does anyone know if there is any such list available?

As someone fairly new to the game, it's hard to judge the value of things when you don't know what they're capable of.

I know that axe maxes at 28, and I think hammer is 35.
"of fortitude" modifiers are 20 -30

And that's about the extent of my knowledge. If anyone can help out by sharing, or pointing the way to a resource it would be appreciated.

Insightful - +5 energy
Defense - +5 armor UNCONFIRMED
Warding - +5 armor vs elements UNCONFIRMED
Shelter - +5 armor vs physical UNCONFIRMED
Hale - +40 health UNCONFIRMED
Fortitude - +20-30 health

Magical modifiers:
+15% damage while health is above 50%, in stance, enchanted, or hexed
+20% damage while health is below 50%
+24 health while enchanted UNCONFIRMED

How about upgrades?

Axe upgrades
+7 armor vs elements is highest I've seen
+5 armor (vs all)?
+1 mastery 20% is highest?

If enough people contribute, a list of all the upgrades would be a nice addition to the community works.
