How do they work. I have a lot of them and i can't seem to figure out how theu work. I am afraid to test it, I don't want to waste them. So... Does one dye dye all my armor or just one piece? Thanks.

You will have to use one per piece of armor.

One quick note: Dye is worth a whole lotta money, even the cheap ones. Do not dye your presearing armor - it's a big fat waste.

Do not sell any dye until you see how much the dye trader sells them for, in postsearing.

Another note: When you get new and better armor, remove the dye on that new armor immediately with dye remover first or you may get very unexpected results. You will probably get unexpected results anyway!

Double click the dye then click the piece of armor on the right side of your Hero that you want to dye. You can also mix dyes, double click the dye and click the bottle of dye you want to mix. Search for dye mixing and you`ll find some nice charts that help but nothing I`ve seen is 100% accurate. Don`t down load dye mixing programs, some have had keyloggers in them. I had one that I DLed before all the keylogging started and deleted it anyway just to be sure. Lastly Black and Silver dye are the most expensive with Black usually selling for upwards of 3,000 gold. Don`t sell them for 300, there are alot of people who prey upon the unknowing in Pre-Searing to boost thier gold in Post-Searing.

:O The noobs who "farm" newbs in pre-searing just plain suck at the game. They're those people running around in the tombs asking which upgrade has 15%>50% and why their own spirit is working for the enemy.

These people are pathetic and always assume they are better than everyone. Nothing is better than when some noob in like a spike group starts taunting you then you go flawless in under a min.

/end rant

Dye is basically the best way to stop your character from looking like a clone of all the other players.

Except for at the very end of the game when everyone has 15k armor and black dye.

True, but personally, I think that black is drab and somewhat boring. That's just my opinion, though.

Fine, everyone at the end of the game has 15k armor and gold dye.

Not really. It's probably just me, but regular, bright colors are more my style. Bright orange for instance.
