Does anyone know the weakness/counter/stratagy for this skill? I feel it's hardest to beat a monk who uses this on himself.

Power Block a longer heal spell (usually one you have lengthened with a hex).

It's not difficult to interrupt when they have AC on them.

16 DF with DB really makes this insanely energy efficient, so diverting it is a really big blow to his self healing capabilities.

What's fun is Echo -> Diversion on a monk that's being focus fired upon. He'll most likely be spamming his cheap self heals like touch and orison. Divert those and he'll be unable to heal effectively for about a minute... much longer than necessary to kill him under those circumstances.
