Good for low level. But even so, a warrior can only have 6 hammer req for so long, when he hits 8, it's time to move on. Otherwise not very valuable.

I agree with Heen, except I think you should wander around ascalon and just give it to a low level warrior. It'll make their day and it won't really hurt your wallet that much.
