Piercing Damage 15-28 ( Req 9 marksmanship)
Damage +15% (when Health is above 50%)
Armor Penetration 10% (10% chance)

Now, before anyone starts doing OMG, let me make it clear that I dont have this bow now. I'll clarify the reason behind the PC after a few replies

I could see it go for 250k but honestly I think Stormbows are not worth the price. Nice max mods, but only nice thing about the bow is the looks.

If you actually get a stormbow with mods like that then I would say it could go for at least 800k. There are people out there that pay for the look of bows and with max stat mods this bow will go for alot and I mean alot.

Yes, considering if there was a bow like this without the addable parts (Which most likely that someone paying 500k for a perfect storm bow *No parts added* will have a +30 health and sundering) it could be bid for atleast 600k. Out of curoiousity though, are you interested in trying to find a bow like this? Or are you just bored enough to try to think of the most valuable item in this game and just make us give an ideal estimate of how much it would be worth?

There was this guy selling it, and wanted 500K. I told him I'll buy out the bow for 500K. After several days of excuses and haggling and increasing my offer to above a million gold, the guy conceded he didnt have the bow
