One Collectors Edition gives both sides glowy hands?

Hi, I've used the search button but couldnt find the answer to this question.

I heard a rumor that if you added the Factions Collectors Edition to your normal Guild Wars that you would get glowy hands on both versions, is this true?

I'm pretty sure that you won't get Divine Aura if you add GW: Factions CE to a (normal) GW: Prophecies account. Reverse that, and you will, though. Gaile said something about this once, I vaguely recall...

as koneko said, u only get Divine Aura with GW : Prophecies CE
GW : Factions CE does not give u that
so

GW:CE + factions = Aura
GW + factions CE = No Aura

Factions CE gives the backup dancers.

since i am adding it to a CE divine aura account i wonder if the backup dancers will glow as well
