Faction Points, will they be gone?

will our faction points disappear after the event?

No, they will stay just like the skills you have unlocked.

I think your Kurzick and Luxon faction points will disappear. I'm pretty sure I remember reading that somewhere.

Everything will be basicly whiped clean and you will have to start over. The only things that will stay is the stuff that are unlocked, like weapons upgrated, runes, etc. Factions points will be gone too

Umm I beg to differ, why do you feel faction points would be removed?
Balt stays, Lux stays, Kurzik stays - we have Prophecies quests that generate some too, remember? And all your characters can do them?

When everything shut down at 3amEST I couldnt access chp2, rit and assassin stuff, etc. But I still have all 3 kinds of faction, and I hope to heck I keep 'em, I worked my butt off thru not getting rewards for a couple I did and my last one I couldnt turn-in because the dragon had killed my NPC in all the districts I tried :b

Personal Faction will stay, I believe, but not your Faction Guild standing. As they decay over time, by the time the game comes out most everyone should be back to zero.

Your faction decreases over time. I read it somewhere I'm sure. By next month it will be all or almost all gone.

I thought I read that was Guild Faction. So that Guilds dont' take over an outpost and then just sit on their butts. They will have to keep working to keep their faction and control of that outpost.

On the 25 Mar, Gaile Gray was in Marketplace Int Dist 1. She told everyone to try out new things and have fun with the Faction - because it will all be gone by the time Factions is released.

I don't know how that will work if they leave the quests in Bergen Hot Springs and Lion's Arch. I'll have to see if they are still there tonight. I know that I still have the Kurzick Refugee quest for one of my characters.

If those quests remain, I will just do one a week with my other characters until Factions comes out. If not - I'll get more Faction when the game is released like everyone else.
