14^50 Gladius

Can someone PC this for me please

Ebon Gladius of Warding
Earth Damage: 15-22 (Required 9 Sword)
Damage + 14% (while health is above 50%)
Armor + 6 (vs. elemental attacks)

I know it's not 15% but I was hoping for a few plat for it. Any ideas?

Also now a Icy Summit Hammer of Warding
19-35 (think thats max) require 8 hammer mastery
Damage +12% while enchanted
Armor +5 vs elemental
