All i know is that hes in the Crystal Desert.
Can someone also tell me what the collector is looking for?

In the desert i dont know, but if u leave camp rankor to north (snake dance) there´s one just outside that wants griff wings, its not hard, maybe the one in desert is easyer, but dont know the location.

And i think the shield is 60 -3 now, not sure.

the +60 -3 hexed one is outside droks i believe, or outside some southern shiverpeaks town, and the materials for it are from a very nearby mob

Bergen Hot Springs Collector (In town) has the +45 health (hexed) with -2 received (hexed) for 4 Mergoyle Skulls.

The Bergen collector doesn't give you a max armor shield. It's only 9 if I remember correctly. If you want the max then use the collectors posted in the guildwiki.org site that are in the desert/southern shiverpeaks.
