Hi, could I have a PC on this, I'm not sure if it's worth anything or if I should salvage for the fortitude mod:

Zealous Storm Bow of Fortitude
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 11 Marksmanship)
Damage +13% (vs. hexed foes)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration -1
Health +29
