My warrior relies too heavily on(but loves); [skill]"for great justice!"[/skill] while [skill]Arcane Echo[/skill] is just plain ol' delicious for my casters. Plus [skill]Maelstrom[/skill] is potent when used right, as is [skill]Ancestor's Rage[/skill].
Too many favorite skills that need certain conditions and circumstances.. but overall skills that are great in all situations? I'd say [skill=text]Elemental Attunement[/skill] in dual attune builds [skill=text]Endure Pain[/skill] because more health = good unless you're a necro and [skill=text]Arcane Echo[/skill] for when once just isn't enough.

Sheer longer lasting endurance, plus damage reduction! Can't go wrong with that. Most importantly it gives self healing warriors more of an edge in terms of staying alive.

I have to say, I never realized but almost every toon I have is /A. My favourite skill has to be [skill]Dash[/skill] no contest, useful to everybody and the ultimate pvp survival skill, never leave home without good ole dash

Warrior: Easily [skill]"For Great Justice![/skill]. Even with its nerf in PvP, this is the ultimate battery for adrenaline skills. Never leave home in PvE without it (unless I'm running some energy-dependent build, but that isn't often).
Ritualist: Tie: [skill]Offering of Spirit[/skill]. It pretty much wins at e-managment. And [skill]Splinter Weapon[/skill]. Even after all of its nerfs, I have done SO MUCH damage through this skill.

If I had to pick one it'd be [Skill]Migraine[/Skill] because you can give people who play monks real migraines with it.
I'm also rather fond of [Skill]Fevered Dreams[/Skill] [Skill]Ineptitude[/Skill] [Skill]Extend Conditions[/Skill] and [Skill]Power Block[/Skill].
