Assassin's Promise, regardless of whether you are an assassin primary or secondary, in PvE. Great energy management, and skill recharge, all in one skill.

Either Mystic Regeneration or Reaper's Sweep. Nothing like 20 pips of regen built up or +38 dmg to three adjacent foes and a deep wound.
