I don't know the pricing on items and just got this bow:

Sundering Short Bow (Gold)
Piercing Damage 13-22 (Req 5 Marksmanship)
Damage +13% (vs. hexed foes)
Armor Penetration +10% (Chance 8%)
Two-Handed

It's not max damage, nor does it have a "perfect" mod to salvage to sell.
