monk won't be doing dmg with the staff anyway, unless they try stabbing ppl with it. so the smite req is not important for a healing monk.

i think the catch is that they look like sapphires..people take saphires, cancel and then put hearts of ice up

i think that anet couldve at least make them look a LITTLE different or is that too much to ask
