Looking for good E/Me or E/Mo farming build!

Im looking for a good E/Me or E/Mo farming build! iv never found a good spot, the only thing i solo right now is Ice Tooth Caves with my W/Mo and thats way to easy plus its not that profitable, Help!

Look for the Mr. Frosty thread here and Invincimentalist page on Guildwiki for Permanent Obsidian Flesh and Permanent Mist Form respectively.
And one standard build is just:
Ether Renewal (E)
Aura of Restoration
Kinetic Armor
Armor of Earth
Earth Attunement
Stone Daggers
Aftershock
Crystal Wave
Works great on the Gypsie Ettins if you leave from Beetletun. The only tricky part is, when you run into the mini-mobs of 1 Caromi Tengu Wild (mesmer) plus 1 Caromic Tengu Scout (ranger)
1. Go into the battle fully regenned.
2. Go into the battle without any enchantments up.
3. Kill the Wild first!!!
4. THEN get Aura of Restoration up, immediately followed by Armor of Earth (or Earth Attunement first if you have time), and keep casting madly until you've done some self-healing.
The mesmer has Shatter Enchantment plus Conjure Phantasm, which taken together are murder against this build, and hence can kill you quickly despite being only Level 13. The good news is that you can kill him even faster than he kills you.
Another option is just to take Flare, Fireball, Fire Attument, and Aura of Restoration and go kill mergoyles outside Gates of Kryta. The rest of the skillbar doesn't even matter. Well, Mantra of Frost is nice if you have it. So are earth armors, Ether Renewal, Ether Feast, certain monk spells, etc. Storm Chaser from the ranger line would also be great.
