Arcane Languor

So, what does everyone think of this skill?

The first time I saw it, I thought, wow, a nice skill. Good for shutting down Monks and the like. But then you realise that Monks are always on low energy anyway, so it doesn't really hurt them that much (except for specific types of Monks). And even if they do stop casting, it's only for 5 seconds, and there are much better ways of shutting down a Monk for 5 seconds (ie, Backfire or Diversion and the likes). Against Necros it would hurt, but then again, as a Mesmer I always go for the Monk, so a generally moot point for me.

Boonprot devastation, with wastrels. GG, fastcastspammers. Also to note you can't get out of exhaustion with focus swapping...

It has possibilities, i suppose.

To me this skill looked amazing.. until i realized how long it lasted..
Still it is highly poweful to anyone who spams...I had it used on me in GvG yesterday-I had a chain of skills
So by time it was done on me i had -30 exhaustion*sighs*

Its duration to mana cost kills it, in addition to that it cannot be kept up for any amount of time
Wish mesmers got crystal haze, that would be something to write home about.
