I spent all mine into the Guild Alliance transfer thing,

but yea, I would like to know if Luxon/Kurzick factions points stay, and the Alliance standings?

Well. You could go check. I looked at my Factions page, and it said I had 0/0 for both Kurzick and Luxon, when I had 10k Kurzick and like 500 Luxon. So I know that wiped...

Still got mine. Gaile has said that personal faction will stay, but alliance faction will degrade and will probably all be gone by the time Factions is released.

no they will not reset, if you tranfered your faction points into either kurzick, or luxon, and pledge your allegence to them then that is the faction you will be with.. BUT!! yes that good o'le word..you'll be able to do quest/mission for the other faction, to prove that you want to be with that said faction and be disavowed from your current one, but it won't be easy to do.

gaile has said that it will be possible like i stated, yet the faction will be hesitant and want to test you, so to speak..hope that answers your question.

well I have all the faction I accrued for both sides and I'd hope and expect it to stick around.
just like you can do the Prophecies quests for faction should stick - it shouldnt wipe

or degrade... that sounds even odder lol
