Mods can close this thread if it is redundant, I just couldn't find one on the subject, though I do remember reading something to this effect somewhere on the forums... Anyways, heres what I got: (feel free to add on/edit)

Chaos axes are from Fissure, not from UW. Add ghostly staves and storm bows to UW.

Dwarven and Serpent axes from Chests, as well.

Magmas Arms have been found in Pre-Searing, in fact I found one on my last character in Pre-Searing.

I also got a Crystaline Sword skin in pre-sear.

I can't recall ever getting one from them :S

The quest chests in UW do, but those chests are the same as the quest chests in FoW - they can drop any item, including the extremely rare skins.

Though IIRC it was a chaos axe with +30 health mod on it that dropped for me. It was not from a chest quest (I usually dont do it with 2 people) I could be wrong.

also in Fow you can get storm bow. ive seen a member of my party get one.
i do belive the only chest that drop those is in F1, if there is one in your run.

Thanks again for the feedback and suggestions, but I would like confirmation on Storm Bows dropping in FoW and UW chests dropping Chaos Axes before I put it in the OP

ive had Sephis axes drop from the chest in THK and Hells precipice!

Crystalline swords from the forge master! Chest after you complete the restoring the temple mission.

any one kno where to find a max dmg dead bow? i hear chest at Hell's and FoW drop them but any reg monsters drop them? other then the like 18-22dmg's dropped by the rangers and bone drags

Any UW item can drop from banshees in the Wailing Forest of FoW.
Quest Chests can drop any item that still is in the game data.

The 2 {Unconfirmed} are ones I have heard that drop, but have not seen for myself.

Brute Swords can be dropped almost everywhere .. saw a lot but not max dmg :/
Summit Shields/Axe etc max can be easily dropped by all Southern Shiverpeaks monster lvl 24+ especially dwarves and Siege Ice Golem

Same for Fellblades

I saw a few Eternal Bow drops in fow on shadows while doing the first quest.. dunno if it's still possible.. it's been a long while
