I heard that it does from an article but never got the chance to do it (despite FINALLY getting my black moa after hours of zig-zagging across fernlands).

I believe the description states creatures you create.

^ it does, I've tried it and Rt/Nec becomes even more and more plasuable...I mean it adds a non elite energy management spell and a regen spell...only problem is they are both in different Rt lines.

I remember hearing this too, but it has since fallen by the wayside.
