req13 illusion
energy +10
halves skill recharge (chance 9%)
reduces dazed duration on you 20%
domination magic +1 (15% chanche while using skill)
armor +5

if ur pretty lucky u might get 4k for it... but i dont think so.
i'd just sell it to merch if i were u. req is 2 high and it doesnt have good mods
u could allways try and get of the +5 armor wrapping but thats ur call
