i wouldnt bother modding it.. 80-100k i think it is atm.

a 10k mod couldn't bring it up 20k lol, ~100-140k imo, and if you mod it, it will add to the value but you will probablly end up losing money, only mods that can help this are furious, fortitude, sundering (crap but sells) etc and those cost 30-40k++
