The only downside I can see to it is the high requirement, which shouldn't matter at all to a warrior. But with the Defense +5 on it, it should be badass for any warrior using Sentinel's Armor -- 105 AL when you're not attacking, 95 AL when you are, and ALL your swings are at +15% damage.

What do you guys think it's worth?
