PC on gold fire wand

Hey all, first time posting on here

anyway, found a gold fire wand 10-19 dam. lvl9 fire magic req.
~Halves casting time of spells (9%)
~Halves skill recharge of spells (9%)

any suggestions? thank you in advance

Merchant it.. not max dmg

not max, but I still woudn't merch it, seriously what does wand dmg help anyways, Id say ~3-5k imo
