Afew ideas

when in a group with all henchmen you shouldn't share gold with them it just doesn't make sense why you share gold you pick up with henchies.

change appearance & name of characters whenever you want but it would have a cost of like what it costs to change appearance of your guild cape
so i think 2k or i suppose you could go with 1k for appearance and 1k for name.

pet switching since you can only have one pet at a time why not talk to a npc to take care of and hold onto your pet maybe have a cost or a storage type thing for your pet and then you can capture a new pet or afew but you can only have one so you might change them out but you might only have a set amount of space to keep other pets ex. i have a brown bear currently lv 20 i want a white tiger & black moa and i want to be able to try the new pets out but not lose my bear so i put it in storage and go for a new pet if i don't like the new pets i still keep my bear.

Because you're hiring them. The cost of them accompanying you is that they get a share of your gold and drops.

Names are definitely right out. It makes scamming far, far too easy. Appearance has already been shot down for one reason or another.
