no they are not good,War Axe= very common skin, high req and crap mods
Shadow Staff=high req, crap mods, and farily common to find one with bad mods

Maybe 3k for axe.
There are warriors that will have second axe for whe 15^50 doesn't apply.
You will have to work for it though.
You may be able to sell staff for 500-750 in ascalon, but to me not worth time it would take spamming.
