don't think a buckler could hit even 250k lol, I'd say ~150k +/-

I'd look for in the 200-350k Range.

Well, first off, paying a high price for something is not a reason to call someone a scammer. Second he didnt tell me, he just said "woot i got 190 ectos" so i assumed as he is in my guild and i new this was the best item he had at the time. Also if you REALLY wanted it, then you can pay whatever you want.
