Earth dmg: 15-28(req 9)
+15%^50
Armor +4

I know the mods aren't much, so if I sell, it will be as without mods.

this one, I don't expect anywhere near the same value in, but asking since I'm here anyway:
Sundering Hand Axe of Axe Mastery
Slashing dmg 6-28(req 9)
+14%^50
Armor Penetration 10/9
Axe Mastery +1(18% chance)
