Anyways, either merch food or salvage food, or use them yourself,

if they offer/accept your price then no it is not a scam, if you have a collector shield like the +5 energy runic shield and you say "WTS +5 energy shield very rare REMOVED FROM GAME" that would be a scam because you are lieing

Where is the collector for the second one? I have one just like it (bought it from someone), and I thought it did look just like a collector's shield, but I though that no shield from a collector ever required strength, and I looked through GuildWiki's collector directory and did not find it.
