i pre ordered guild wars factions why cant i get my pre order items??

i recently prew ordered factions like 20 mins ago lol online from gamestop

i havent gotten my key i need to get my pre order items ingame does anyone know when i might get this? and how?

can anyone hlep me at all?

1. Recieve preorder kit from retailer.
2. Add preorder key within the kit to existing account.
3. Type /preorder in a town.

You can't perform step 2 since you don't have a key or kit since Gamestop (obviously) hasn't sent it out to you yet. Don't bump threads so quickly.

um ok ty for the advice on bumping but many of my friends pre ordered factions and got their key right away i was just wondering why i dont have mine yet?

If they bought it from the store: they recieved the package and key immediately.
If they bought it online: I assume Gamestop sends out the package to the customer through the post within a few days.

Some of the online places are just sending the keys, even if you selected this option, they still need time to process your transaction, and will likely take up to a few days.

whats the rush for the key now anyway? 2 ingame items? there are assassin and Rit. what you going to do with them?

Yeah i'm getting that now, i pre-ordered it from the Uk site game.net, and they claim theyll send pre-order packs, but that doesn't stop me from getting 'pre-arrival paranoia'

I ordered from gamestop.com also. They will let you know when your order has shipped. It will take a few days before they mail it to you via first class mail. Just check your email and be patient.

i had to email gamestop to remind them that the preorder had to be sent out early.

my confirmation email said both would be shipped at the same time in april.

best to email them to be sure it is coming
