Got this out of a chest today:

Sundering Recurve Bow of Marksmanship

Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor penetration +10% (Chance: 9%)
Marksmanship +1 (20% chance while using skills)

Any ideas?

If I had to guess, I'd say 60k-ish. The requirements are nice, especially for a 15^50. Hope this helps.
