is there even such a thing as an IDS with -5 Energy?
I've yet to see an IDS that isn't +15%^50
must be a new super-rare then

unless something drastic has changed, all ids seem to be 15^50 req 9

Then I guess I'm a nub! FDS it is!

How much would you pay for the offhand?

I've acquired a few Scrolls so I'm good there. I could still use one more uniquely skinned -5 energy one-hand for fun. I've updated the top post.
