Did a search and didn't see this exact axe so I figured I'd see if anyone has any idea what this might go for:

Gold Crippling Piercing Axe of Axe Mastery
Piercing Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage + 15%
Health Regeneration -1
Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33%
Axe Mastery +1 (20% chance while using skills)
(Value 268 gold, btw)

About 15K. Health degeneration isn't one of the most desired mods, and this has a really ugly skin.

Took a while, but I sold the axe in Lions Arch. I put it up for 20k knowing someone would probably offer less and ended up getting 17k for it. Got many looks before selling it and nobody ever questioned the price of 20k so you guys were in the ballpark with 15k.
