Extra character slot in the CE of Factions?

Yes I know this has been covered before, and the general consensus is 2 extra slots if linking Factions to a Prophecies account, but I've just received an e-mail from Game about my Faction's pre-order saying I can upgrade to the CE if I wish, and in the list of features it clearly stats 'key for additional character slot'

I've copied the e-mail below:

then they should tell ANET about it because ANET has said no extra key with the CE.

i would dump those incompetents now

Could it be a Europe only thing? Either way I shan't be bothering with the CE as the extra bits aren't worth £20 extra IMO.

no they simply are incompent to update.

check the contents from the GW site and there are no extra keys for anybody.

proof is the absence of 50 threads here yelling how unfair it is because they get it and we dont.

I too got this email from GAME uk, and i sent them one abck saying that they should update their information instead of trying to con people out of money

Their is no extra slot key unless it says on the offical guild wars site

I can confirm there not incompetent but more like they haven got a clue what day it is, and I been saying this for a while now.

The contents are even completey accurate. It doesn't say in-game dance for Assasins and Ritualists

. I *HIGHLY* doubt that the info from that game site is accurate.

Just checked a finnish site where I bought my Guild Wars from and they say the same thing, "One extra slot".
I'm guessing someone has been giving these sites wrong info. Or maybe it is the right info but we just don't know it yet.

You don't get an extra char slot above your aditional slots.

Some retailers (well most) have had that list up far before GW had released the content of CE. Gaile has mentioned that only the information on the GW site is correct and untill ANet releases the list don't count on anything you read.

- maybe now we can try and get our copies for free from our retailers because it is not as it has been advertised?

The list has already been published on the gw website.
