Is the guild system going to be changed in any way? Are there going to be more options for capes? Halls?

There will be 4 more halls added that will be available if you don't buy Factions. Alliances will be able to merge a number of guilds together. Capes? I don't know, but aren't they having another design an emblem contest?

There will be new halls, new cap emblems and design available, there will be NPCs available for hire for your guild hall (merchant, storage, trader, etc)
