Curious About Attribute Point Quest Rewards

I searched this forum for 'attribute points' and found nothing, so here it goes...

Once a character gets to level 20 they will have accumulated a base 170 attribute points in both Chapter 1 or Chapter 2. However, in Chapter 1 there are two quests with 15 attribute point rewards, giving a character an additional 30, for a grand total of 200.

I'm curious if there will be such quest rewards in Chapter 2? If so, the total skill points for characters in each of the games would be equal for someone who owns one of the games or does not merge their accounts. But then someone who owns both games and merges their accounts would have an advantage in skill points. Of course it is entirely possible to put a cap on skill points.

Anyways, I'm just curious as to how that is going to work. Thoughts? Comments?

i would assume one or the other would be locked out as far as giving more points,

if you come into Factions with 170 you probably could do the 30 points in Factions.

if you had 200 you could do the quests but like redoing a chapter 1 mission you get the credit but no experience (attribute points in this case)

I would assume attribute points are capped at 200. (before you do the quests now doesnt it say you have 170 of 200 points?)
