Buying +13-15E/-1E Regen Wand (Req or Class Does Not Matter)

Sup guys. I am in desparate need for one of these wands for my monk for GvG. Here are the stats that I am looking for:

11-22 Max Dmg (Requirement Can Be Any Number And Any Class)
+13-15 Energy
-1 Energy Regeneration
(Skill Recharge or Casting Speed % would be great also, but not needed)

hey, theres a collector inside toa who wants i think 5 decayed orr emblems for a necro 1 handed that has those energy stats u are looking for.... however, i dont think its max dmg but if ur looking for any req from any class, u wont be doing much dmg if u dont reach those req anyways... just an alternative. hope this helps
