"Interesting" Mursat Hammer

The reason I say "interesting" is because of the stats. First off let me say right off the bat that it's blue, which on its own would mean instant merchant snack. However, its an 18-32 with a +10% dmg allways and a -10 armor while attacking. Do a little math and you get a constant 20-35 Mursat Hammer. Add in the fact that it's a req 8 and it seems like an interesting item to use in against foes that use spells that ignore armor anyway. If it's worthless as a sell then I will probably use it myself against undead and such, maybe slap a Deathbane on it or a Defense or Fortitude Grip to counter the penalty.

merch food (might=20-35 but still not worth anything, just like a max dmg clean mursaat hammer with -10 armor wich actually sucks)
