ranger/mesmer interrupter?

hey i am not a noob or anything and i got this game in october of 05 i love this game. i hav logged like 450 hrs on it! i run just about anywher e and now i have decieded to turn my horizons to Pvp. i have a r/mo lvl 20 ascended and i beat the game with him if any1 could post a build or something . i tried a R/me but i wsnt to sure... so any hel p would be appreciated! thnx.
