Could someone give me a PC on these?

Reduces Disease duration on you by 20%

Earth Wand
Earth Dmg: 11-22 (Req 9 Earth Magic)
Halves skill recharge of Earth Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

1. merch imo (mixed mods)
2. guessing it is collectors so whatever merch will pay or whatever it cost to craft, not collector=30-40k imo
