WTB: Memser weapon/off-hand

Im looking for both a mesmer weapon and off-hand item, preferably the "cane" skin (the gorrels cane skin) and preferably the inscribed chakram skin, im looking for preferably Fast Casting or Domination Req. Illusion would be the 3rd option, but i do not need inspiration

and Gorrel's Cane (illusion but eh)
Dmg: 11-22 (req 9 illuion)
Halves Casting Time: 10%
Halves skill recharge Time: 10%
