3.5k wasted..would like some advice

hellow fellow necro players...

im very new the game and just got my necro to lvl 20 and decide to change her color to white (which would look bad a$$)...i bought a lot of silver dyes and went to guild wiki to look up dyes and found how to mix dyes to white...but it didnt turn out the way i was hoping...i did sil+dye remover+ sil and when i put it on my character..it looked like a ghostly silver dye...im thinkin of someting like cloud white...then i tried yellow+3 silver and that didnt do much good too either.....talked to a friend of mine that said that necros cant white like eles or monks...is that true!?!?!..plz tell me that im doing something wrong when im mixin them...plz help me

dyes affect every armor differently....it's really hard to tell what a specific dye combo will look like until you actually try it on the certain armor.

Chances are you'll never be able to get a pure white on your armor set. Then again, it is equally likely that it is possible....but the only way to find out is systematic experimentation

Necro armors don't dye white right at all.

Hmmm, was thinking about trying to get my 15k Necrotic white, but since its already black, I was afraid it would be a waste if I couldnt get it right.

My necromancers armour is the best looking one in droks just dyed blue with the characters skin color it go's very well n looks wicked if you wanna see him just pm me

The closest I ever got to "white" on necro armor was Y+S+S+S on scars. It looks like an eggnog-ish color when on armor. Necro white rules: works on scars, sucks on armor.

hmmmm..very interesting...when i did y+s+s+s...i had 3 bundled silver together and added the yellow...ill try seperating the 3 silver...egg nog color huh...well..i wouldnt even no what color is egg nog cuz ive never had it....

silver + silver = silver

The game isn't smart enough to figure out proportions like you'd be able to do in real life.

So first mix a sliver with a yellow, then add your slivers to that mixture.
