Try selling it in high end...
I reccomend, try to spice it up...use some perfect mod instead elemental armod (altough +7 vs elemental is nice too)
But pricetag....
300k - 400k perhaps

500-600k AS IS... don't mess with mods.... it's the sword itself that carries the value... mods are usually a waste of time and money
