15%dmg always, -5 energy
10/10 penetration
+30 Health

yeah I saw one being spammed (req 9 15 -10) for like 200k and no one touched it.. I came close but didn't wanna mess with it

besides I barely got over 200k on mine like that a few weeks ago.... before everyone started getting super tight...

hmm...now makes me wonder...why is -5ene bad for rangers? i'd think since rangers have more ene (using druids), -5 shouldnt be a prob..

it's really just psychological...
