Lolers, I am always running my water ele with points in divine favor or conversely, my monk with points in water.

For the cane, I dunno, I am rarely enchanted when I play Mesmer.

mods as in head or wrapping upgrade. But then again since you mention it, i have seen monks running ward against harm (ele water elite) before.

1. cane is merchant, u can try to sell for 5k I am sure no one will buy for hours
2. staff is 5k since divine favor is unrelated to water magic
