These will not be available until Factions is released!
They were only collectable during the Preview Event, but since then all character inventories have been scrubbed and no-one could travel back to Tyria anyway.
You'll have to wait until the 28th April, then you can craft your all new armours.

Ferret. ehm dude... look at my avatar... those are amber chunks and jadeide shards i do have in my storage in tirya. there was a legit way to travel them back to tirya the first 12 hours of the FPE then a.net realized and closed it.
basicly the stock was all linked so when someone sell some jade/amber to the rare material trader in cantha they were available at the rare trader in tirya too. i bought nearly 80 that way, and wish to have more...
so i repeat WTB amber/jadeide
